在教练的介绍下，我们都逐渐了解到“团队训练”的含义，我了解到“团队训练”具有“磨练意志、陶冶情操、完善自我、熔炼团队”内涵，是一项来源于挑战极限的训练活动，旨在激励人的斗志，激发潜在能力，创造性的发挥人的团队能力。虽然只有短短一天时间，但给予我的启发和体验却是一笔永久的精神财富，无论将来我身处何种岗位，只要用心体会就能得到十分有益的人生感悟。
团队训练当天早上，我带着无比高兴地心情来到了诚意楼，开始准备一天的团队训练助教生活，这次团队训练是学校为研究生新生开设的团队训练课程，我将在这一天的团队活动过程中，协助老师完成教学任务，帮助同学更好的完成团队训练，在活动的过程中，大家都特别的积极主动，团队训练的气氛相当活跃，老师的课程内容很丰富而且具有创新性。

团队训练的老师总是充满着激情，无时无刻不调动着大家的积极性。记得刚开始大家都还很拘谨，随后老师就引入了第一个游戏：首先是组队，让大家根据每组不同的人员进行分组，自己找同伴组成一组，然后每组进行自我介绍游戏，在这个游戏中，每个同学的在介绍自己之前，先复述出前面已经介绍了同学的信息，包括姓名，学院专业，兴趣爱好等等内容，通过这个游戏的进行，是的大家进一步的了解，记忆更加深刻，从而也锻炼了同学的记忆能力。
下午的重点活动，也是在这次素质拓展训练中给我印象最深的，盲人与哑巴的游戏，就是一个人用布蒙眼，另一个人扶着他走过老师带过的路线，所有同学被分成了两组，其中一组戴上眼罩真正体验一下当盲人的感觉，另一组则在“盲人”身边充当拐杖的角色，整个过程中“盲人”与“拐棍”都不能有语言上的交流。大家走出了教室，来到了阳光灿烂的室外。每一个“盲人”都在“拐杖”的搀扶*验大自然的生机和美好。开始“盲人”面对突如其来的黑暗感到慌张和恐惧，就像有些同学后来分享的好像感觉面前总有一面无形的墙。经过一段时间的磨合，“盲人”与“拐杖”相处的越来越默契，“拐棍”的每一个贴心的动作，或是跺脚提醒前方有台阶，或是摇手表示可以伸手触摸身旁的东西，真诚和责任都深深的感动了在场的同学们。一组结束以后，“盲人”和“拐杖”相互交换了角色。这次大家配合得更加有默契，大家都融入到温馨的氛围中了。结束了“盲人体验”后，大家回到教室交流急切自己当“盲人”和“拐杖”的心得，在老师的引导下，同学们深思了人际关系中自己的角色和对他人的影响，收获颇丰，大家一致认为有人陪伴的感觉非常温暖，信任是最好的交流。随后老师让大家每人在一张纸上写上自己最近的烦恼，然后大家一起详细讨论了生活学习上的各种困惑，同学们也对老师的解答很满意。最后每个人分别站到围成的圈子里，大家对他进行了优点轰炸，活动达到了高潮。两个多小时很快就在同学们的笑声中过去了。这个活动不仅解决了同学们许多生活学习上的困扰，也拉近了每个人的距离。分享了许多内心的想法。

首先，十分感谢公司提供的这次培训机会。通过三天丰富、有效、紧张的体验式培训，使我对以往所了解的一些道理有了更深的理解，同时对照工作、生活中出现的问题也有了更深的反思。

团队合作非常关键，尤其是在初期，最关键的还是每个合作的人是否都有一样的想法，一样的愿景。大家的希望、工作方式、目标、情感是否都能融合到一起。而且在前期的合作中是否通过协助，诞生出一个事实上的领导人，其他人信任他，支持他，形成事实上的核心。如果这步没有达成，后面的发展会比较危险。合作的前期还是强调奉献，只有愿意奉献，不计得失的团队，才能最终的走到终点。
要说我的团队，我个人是团队的核心，同时我还有5位兼职人员帮忙进行维护。网站发展到现在的规模，早不是我一个人能操作的了，加入新鲜血液是必须的，同时也能给网站带来更多的创新思维。管人和管网站就有很多不一样了，我们团队兼职的都是在校大学生，而且都是对网站很感兴趣的，我主要是激励团队人员，教他们在网站经营方面一些经验和实际操作方法，我的目的就两个：既要解决网站发展中人手不够的问题，又要培养团队人员的一些网站运营方法的知识，如果毕业后他们离开我这个团队了，想往网站这个领域发展那从我这里获得的经验应该能帮助到他们的。所以，团队就是样的，大家要有共同的目标，同时要创造个大家都共赢的局面。

俗话说“一只蚂蚁来搬米，搬来搬去搬不起，两只蚂蚁来搬米，身体晃来又晃去，三只蚂蚁来搬米，轻轻抬着进洞里。”蚂蚁之所以能把米搬进洞里，是因为团队合作的力量，正所谓“团结就是力量”。而且团结说明在这个团队里的每个人都有共同的目标，团队具有目标一致性，从而产生了一种整体的归属感，正是这种归属感使得每个成员感到在为团队努力的同时也是在为自己实现目标，以此同时也有其他成员在一起为这个目标而努力，从而激起更强的工作动机，所以对于目标贡献的积极性也就随自己油然而生，从而使得工作效率比个人单独时要高。
材料中的三个和尚正是有一个共同的目标。他们想让这个寺庙变得香火鼎盛。于是他们各自做好自己的本分工作，在他们的共同努力下，寺庙变得香火鼎盛。但是在三个人的争功下，都各自觉得是自己的努力是使寺庙变得香火鼎盛的原因，各不相让。于是在这样的情况下，他们所在的寺庙又变得和以前一样了，没有香客了。这是为何呢?他们造成这样的原因和“一个和尚挑水喝，两个和尚抬水喝，三个和尚没水喝。”的原因很相似，因为“三个和尚”是一个团体，可是他们没水喝是因为互相推诿、不讲协作。这个寺庙的三个和尚在自己各自的努力下使寺庙变得香火鼎盛，但是在这个情况下他们却在各自争功，并没有看到其实对方也付出了很多的努力，能够得到很好的结果是在团队共同的努力下得到的。一个团体，如果组织涣散，人心浮动，人人自行其是，甚至搞“*”，何来生机与活力?又何谈干事创业?在一个缺乏凝聚力的环境里，个人再有雄心壮志，再有聪明才智，也不可能得到充分发挥。所以这三个和尚最终会失败。这三个和尚的团队在我看来根本不能算是个团体，因为真正的团体应该具有这些：共同的目标、很强的凝聚力。而这三个和尚团队的关键在与他们各自为政，缺乏凝聚力，根本不能看到别人的长处，在一个团队里应该合作，扬长避短。达到人力资源的合理配置，这样的团队就会是成功的团队。他们应该有合作，而并不是一味的争辩各自的功劳和贡献，这样的人心浮动，只会使原本很好的团队变得分裂。而且他们应该明白这个寺庙变得香火鼎盛的原因不是只有一个人的功劳，他们应该做好自己的工作，并且应该好好的沟通，因为沟通对于团队之间也是非常重要的。团队中进行沟通，才能解决团队内部的矛盾和问题。
