首先《大学英语》课程是高等院校各专业一门重要的必修基础课，它在为学生系统地打好必要的英语语言基础，培养学生英语应用潜力方面起着重要作用;本课程一般是在大学本科一年级和二年级开设，它在使学生树立正确的英语语言学习态度，掌握较为科学的语言学习方法，培养独立获取语言知识的潜力，以便为以后进一步的英语学习打下良好的基础。
本学期是大学英语学习的第四个学期，也是大学英语教学的最终一学期。在本学期我本人继续承担本院建工系给排水0701和给排水0702两个班的英语教学任务。在前三册教学的基础上，本学期我一如既往地严格按照外语系的规定认真组织教学，课前认真备课，撰写教案，复印四级考试资料并细心讲解以便帮忙更多的同学透过大学英语四级考试。由于英语课是一门实践性较强的课程，所以我不断探寻和改善学习方法，课堂上我的教学方法灵活，能够更好地调动学生们的英语学习兴趣。课堂上增强与学生的互动，较多的使用英语教学，给学生创造了英语学期的环境。课堂上我采用多种教学方法使学生参与进来，如speech，discussion， questioning andanswering，role-paly，实用口语等，本学期我继续要求每一节课由一位学生做三分钟的英语演讲，演讲的资料和题材不限，鼓励自我写稿，透过几个学期的训练学生们的写作和口语潜力都有了明显的提高。课间我耐心与学生交流帮忙解决他们在学期上的困惑，帮忙他们改善英语学习方法。课后我认真批改学生的作业，每一份作业都仔细批阅，指出错误所在，并就一些共同的问题给学生们统一讲解。

英语学习心得体会
从初一开始学习英语到今日，十年有余，但扪心自问，自我英语水平如何?实在令人汗颜。不用说自如表达，自由交流，就连外国原版的动画片都不必须能够完全理解。更别提看外国电视剧和英文电影大片了。
我的反思
学英语的目的是什么?上大学以前，我们被灌输，学英语是为了考试。上大学以后，我们又被灌输，是为了日常交流，自由表达。到了今日，我却发现，我彻底的错了。
原因有三：
第一：关于考试制度，仅仅依靠传统的英语教学，尤其是中国的英语考试制度，不但对英文学习没有促进作用，反而大大的误导了中国的英语学习者，天天背单词，天天练习考试题目，甚至经常练习听力，单项选择，完形填空，阅读理解，这些枯燥乏味的学习，只会打击学生的外语学习兴趣。
第二：关于英语学习目的，日常交流?no!!!做为一个中国人，几乎90%以上的场合，我们是用不上英语的，学英语10多年来，其实我真正使用英语交流的场合，真的是少之又少，略等于无。那么我们学习英语干什么?我的答案是：看英文动画片，英文电视连续剧，英文电影，听英文歌曲(关键是这个过程中，你在享受美丽的英语世界)。至于阅读英文报刊杂志，书籍，对于英语中级以下水平的人来说，想都别想。(因为爱看动画片，电影电视剧，听歌的人很多，爱读书的却少之又少)
第三：关于英语学习方法，国内英语学习方法实在是太多，太杂，比如：图文联想法，汉字注音法，颠来倒去法，词形转换法，谐音法，联想法，故事法，这些旁门左道的英语学习方法，占据了主流，短期看来，这些方法确实卓有成效(仅限记单词)，但从长远看来，对英语学习不但没有促进作用，反而误导了很多学生。而英语学习的正确方法，单词拼读法(相当于汉语拼音)，词根词缀法(相当于汉字偏旁部首)，却因为见效缓慢，而被弃之一旁。这其中最大的错误，是我们掌握的单词，却很少运用。而这些单词仅有经过看英文影视作品和书籍才能激活，却很少有人坚持做到。
我的观点
关于听力：其实我们关于听力的理解是完全错误的，汉语中听力的定义是指启动听觉器官，接收语音信息的一种本事，如果说一个人听力不好，证明这个人耳朵有问题，事实上我们能听懂世界上最难的汉语，耳朵肯定没问题，那么我们为什么听不懂英语呢?原因有二：排在第一位，也是最重要的就是发音，听力不好并不是耳朵有问题，而是嘴巴有问题，我们发音不准，甚至与标准英语发音完全不一样，我们怎样可能听懂标准英语。第二是听得比较少，因为我们的语言环境导致。关于第一个问题，那就是要纠正你的发音，这是学好英语第一步，也是最难的一步(因为靠自我的力量，几乎不可能做到，必须有专业英语教练强行矫正发音。关于环境，那就是要经常观看外国的动画片(尤其是英语初学者，看电影太难，我们的中国小学生也是从动画片开始的)
关于发音：很多人以为仅仅是认识英语中48个国际音标，大错特错。从认识到读准，需要付出很大的努力，即便能读准，也远远不够，英语是拼音文字，它的拼读规则比汉语拼音复杂3倍以上，而我们小时候学汉语拼音都学了很多年，才彻底掌握汉语拼音。而国人却很少有教师系统的教授英语拼读法，能学好拼读法的学生自然是凤毛麟角了。
关于单词：这是一个关键问题，也是一个大部分中国人误解的问题，具体情景，不多分析，大家各有感受。其实学好英语单词真的很简单，第一，掌握单词拼读规则，懂得如何“拼单词“，(相当于学会英语的拼音)保障不会读错。第二：学会单词的词根词缀，懂得单词的构成部件(相当于汉字的偏旁部首)，保障不会写错。(其它方法，全是旁门左道，对长期的英语学习，有百害而无一利)
关于口语：很多人以为口语不好，是因为平时说的少，这仅仅是其中一个原因而已，真正的原因是我们听的少，听力和阅读(包括朗读)相当于输入，而口语和书面表达才是输出，没有很多的输入，怎样会有足够的输出?如果想提高口语，很多看英文动画片，电视剧吧，很多台词和实用的日常口语句子吧。
关于语法：语法一向是一个令人纠结的问题，这是我们的考试制度造成的恶果，我们太偏重语法了，语法教学和考试甚至到了魔鬼般的境地，为了语法而语法，而忘了学习语法的真正目的，是用来理解英文句子和文章，只要能大概理解就够了，在不断的重复使用中，我们自然而然掌握，即便我们是中国人，关于汉语的语法，也并不是太明了。我提议拿动画片的台词来作为语法题目，讲清楚基本的语法现象，剩下的工作就是很多视频刺激和阅读。
关于阅读：关于阅读，阅读理解的练习的确很重要，可是大部分都不太喜欢，我提议适当练习即可，空出时光视频学习，能够看看外国的纪录片或者电视剧，那是另一种形式的阅读，等本事加强，兴趣提升后，再开始很多阅读英文书籍。
关于考试：关于考试，我无话可说，尤其是四六级考试，折磨了太多的大学生，让他们为了考试而走捷径，走极端，大大误导了英语学习，真正的英语实力，不是一场考试能够证明，学好英语也不是为了考试，为了考试而学英语，学出来的大都是畸形英语。(它最大的恶果是造成了很多人急功近利，而英语学习是不能急功近利的。)重考试(比如四六级，社会就业也很看重)，轻教学(大学英语课程设置不合理，教师不认真教，学生不认真学)，必然对英语学习产生巨大负面作用，我们应当做的是重学习，轻考试。
关于写作：我们中国人也是在三年级以后开始写作的，我上三年级的时候是10岁左右，我2岁开始学说话，相当于我有8年的时光在听说，当然包括阅读(电影电视动画片)。所以，在没有看完100部动画片，3部电视剧之前，不要轻易开始写作，否则容易打击兴趣。
关于英语学习方法：
关于英语学习方法，我实在是有太多要说的，却又不知从何说起。整个社会似乎都在奢望能够找到一种神奇的方法，瞬间让英语变得很牛逼。而事实上，这是不可能的。而社会上关于英语学习的方法简直多如牛毛。为了各种考试又衍生出各种考试方法和技巧，让人头昏脑胀。
事实上英语学习如同汉语一样，首先，要解决发音问题，也就是如何拼读单词，保证不读错。其次，要解决拼写问题，懂得单词拼读规律，学会单词词根词缀构成，懂得如何拆分单词，保证理解单词词义，又能确保不写错。最终，就是很多的使用，我强烈提议从看英文双语原版动画片开始，推荐迪士尼出品的英文动画片，英文发音纯正，画面高清，故事经典。

今天3月12日是一年一度的植树节，也是一个天气晴朗，万里无云，春风拂面的好日子。
我们同学一大早来到学校，等着7点50分的“我为学校添新绿”活动的开幕式。不久随着运动员进行曲的响起，我们排着队来到塑胶操场，沈老师先叫各班派一个同学上国旗台讲讲对这次植树节的感受。
